Le répertoire de cet album sur le vif revisite les pièces phares de la carrière d'Elizabeth, de son premier CD, Start to Move (2006) à Montréal (2019), en passant par Parkdale (2008), Heavy Falls the Night (2010), Rewind (2012) et The Signal (2014), mais également He was Dispised, chanson tirée du Messie de George Frideric Handel, composée en 1741 et Sicilienne, op. 78, de Gabriel Fauré, composée en 1893.

The Orchestre national de jazz de Montréal is very pleased to present this live album featuring singer, pianist, author and composer Elizabeth Shepherd. With her fine fingers and sinuous voice, this Montreal-based singer, pianist and composer spans the horizon of our perceptual field. A light and dark poet, she moves with ease from funk to lyricism in an inventive dialogue with her brothers in sound.

The repertoire on this live album revisits the highlights of Elizabeth's career, from her first CD, Start to Move (2006) to Montreal (2019), including Parkdale (2008), Heavy Falls the Night (2010), Rewind (2012) and The Signal (2014), as well as He was Dispised, a song from George Frideric Handel's Messiah, composed in 1741, and Gabriel Fauré's Sicilienne, Op. 78, composed in 1893.
